Swimming

Abram's Falls, Smoky Mountains Nat'l Park.

The two silly boys were just enjoying dunking in the chilly water. My other trail friend also went in (fully clothed). I have no idea why I didn't...because it was really hot in 1991 when we hiked. One of those boys is my youngest son Tai...soon to have his 42nd birthday.

  1. Great photo, my hubby likes to stand under the waterfalls to cool off.

    1. I've only once found a waterfall that had room for me to stand under it...shallow pond.

  2. It reminds me of sitting in the small falls at a previous family cottage in my 20s and early 30s. Good times.

    1. Yes, glad I still have the rather poor-focused photo.
