One cool morning and the change began

 I sip my first coffee and look to see any glimpse of the mountain ridge through the leaves. No such luck. But what is that!

Suddenly the first maple leaves have changed to their beautiful red.

My purple orchid is striving to produce blooms...but cooler weather is slowing the efforts down.

However I have three beautiful variegated blooms still to enjoy!
