Update about blogCa

My goodbye visit to Lake Tomahawk, July 16, 2026. It's been a good time of walks through the seasons, and lunches at the Senior Center for the last 19 years...off and on.

A huge craft fair on line

Next weekend I won't have to deal with crowds to see the Southern Highlands Craft Fair...it's virtual!

I love it. That makes it internationally available.

If you don't think the virus has effected craftsmen and artists, think again!

Then come see if there's something you like and support them!

    1. Since I seldom purchase anything, I will just look around and enjoy the limited views.

  4. Not the same-- but not as overwhelming. I look forward to seeing it.

    1. I might look at things that I usually would skip by with the usual crowd.

  5. Hello,
On a nice day I would much rather walk around a craft fair. Online is not the same.
    Take care, enjoy your day!

    1. This fair is usually held on 2 floors of the Civic Center. It is really exhausting to try to see it all.

  6. Our celtfest went online last weekend, I caught a bit of it to be supportive, but it wasn't the same and didn't grab me.

    1. It's kind of a best effort with our limitations. Sorry your guys lost the Stanley to my Tampa Lightening fans.
