Treats

My own poppy bowl has a great serving (more than one scoop at least) of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream. As well as 3 Girl Scout Cookies, the chocolate mint variety!

And here's the photo I took of the blueberries and yogurt, which was the next day's treat...kind of making up for this one on the calories scale. Didn't quite make any difference on my own scale. Oh well. I'm a happy Buddha !

  1. ...I'm trying to lose a few and I have. No ice cream or cookies for me.

    1. Good for you...maybe I'll follow your lead, after finishing the cookies and ice cream. Never throw those out!

  2. Back in the day, there was an ice cream shop that served a dish called Idiot's Delight. I was quite the delighted idiot.

    1. I remember my youth clearly where I could eat whatever I wanted in sweets...and not gain a pound. Now I just eat what I want, mostly. And then worry about my pounds.
