Who knew all this would happen afterwards! Flat Creek in November, 2024. Much changed by the force of the hurricane floods in Sept. 2024. The deck of the bridge is now under that pile of debris.

Blue skies and a bright flower!
Richard Plackle of Black Mountain.
The blue of the sky was astonishing Sunday, and it got warm too.
Another bright thing, at the Red House where I was "sitting on the desk" in case any visitors dropped by on this sunny day. A couple did.
It kind of snuck up on me...I'd been doing things at the desk, then got up to walk in the next room and suddenly saw it. Another bright surprise of the day.
...that anthurium is perfect for the upcoming Valentine's Day!

DeleteHello, the blue skies are pretty, love the flower. Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteI guess we'd had grey for quite a while, because walking under all that blue brilliance was kind of astonishing.
DeleteThat flower is so awesome that it looks fake.
ReplyDeleteTwo lovely shots!
