Update about blogCa

My goodbye visit to Lake Tomahawk, July 16, 2026. It's been a good time of walks through the seasons, and lunches at the Senior Center for the last 19 years...off and on.

Back to flowers!!

I'm always talking about my friend Helen...but she refuses to go out at least one day a week, so she can work around her home. These are some of her flowers!

I might not have known this is a huge lavender plant.!

I did urge her to eat some of her strawberries~

Something about sunshine...she told me.

Today's quote:

    1. I know she has a butterfly/polinater garden...which might be where the lavender plant is growing.

  2. There is a strawberry farm near us, but I just learned that they were hit hard by late frosts. They are hoping that the later planting does well.

  3. Hello,
It is nice to be able to go outside and pick your own strawberries. The flowers are lovely, the yellows are so cheerful.
    Take care, enjoy your weekend!

  5. Lovely assortment. I went to yard sales today looking for pots to fill with flowers. No one was selling any. Also looked for a cedar chest - no luck there either. We did come home with 4 sets of glasses. Would have been 3 sets but Dan spied some small red ones he wanted.
