Who knew all this would happen afterwards! Flat Creek in November, 2024. Much changed by the force of the hurricane floods in Sept. 2024. The deck of the bridge is now under that pile of debris.

A sky to love
What a sky! Foreground has US 70 and the train track...looking south toward Big Windy Mountain, I think.
Today's quote:
Try not to expect perfection when starting out on a spiritual path or attaining inner peace.
As to "punching" you commented on, think of a hole punch except it punches stars out of paper of the size I painted on the plate. I couldn't just use one because I wouldn't have had the spacing correct. I punched out 13 to space them, trace them then paint them white. Hope that helps.
Thanks...I've never seen a hole punch that big...what a great idea! So glad to know the crafter's aid...there are many...and I stay away from crafting stores these days.
...you sure had a beautiful sky to enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI run around taking various photos, and then I'll look through them and one just stands out.
DeleteA good quote...Pirate has started on a path of mindfulness, minimal "news" and learning not to stress about everyone else's problems....
ReplyDeleteOh he's making some good choices!

DeleteLovely cloud
ReplyDeleteThanks...a simple little fluff.
DeleteIt is a wonderful sight to be sure. We should all pay more attention to the sky, I know I should.
ReplyDeleteSometimes it's needing a reminder, to look up rather than where you're stepping...need awareness of both!
DeleteQuite a sky!
ReplyDeleteThanks...they are ever changing!
DeleteBeautiful.
