Here is the sad accumulation about Mass Shootings in 2023.
I take a page from my environmental work to consider how to react.
Yes, terrible tragedies all.
Super sad.
Incredibly mad.
Anger leads to action...where sad and depressed lead to inaction.
We definitely need action here.
Do you have your congressman on speed dial? Senator's offices? Do you ever email them?
Why not?
Oh, you think it won't matter?
Same attitude about not having single use plastic in the climate crisis movement.
Ever step we take matters. It is like that last stone to topple the pile...your voice is as good as everyone else's. Get on board. Make the numbers of demands for gun law changes go up with the numbers of dead children!!
Anger leads to action.
Action leads to changes.
And if you really are ready for a change, get these gun-loving (NRA funded) people out of office by VOTING!
And getting all the people against the guns killing children to VOTE also.
That's my chant for today.
GET THE PEOPLE AGAINST THE GUNS KILLING CHILDREN TO VOTE!
...I hope that voting will get the job done.
