The first day of fall 2025 arrives with the fall equinox on Monday, September 22, 2025, 2:19 p.m.
I'm assuming the time is Eastern Daylight Savings Time. And that gives me time to post something this morning before the event actually occurs!
This is a great time of the year to take a moment to reflect on balance in your life:
between work and leisure
between doing and resting
between the slow needs of the body and these fast and demanding times
between different phases of your life
between birth and death
between any aspects of your life that feel in opposition
