That's too bad, not having fresh baked goods...and that nobody is interested in using the setup. It's a hard time of year to start an eating establishment, but some folks have done so.

DeleteOur bakery/cafe closed down. No one wanted to buy it now everything inside is for sale, machines, counters, tables and chairs.

DeleteOur restaurants tend to be closed Mondays. Until Thanksgiving. Eventually they reduce days, and most are totally closed in January!
ReplyDeleteSome of ours have vacation weeks during the winter months, but usually try to keep open at least all but Mondays!
