Boy do I have a lot to be thankful for this week!
Medical care! Whew, what a lot of people worked to help me get better! Impressive!
Friends and relatives...oh yes, they have kept me going (including you, dear bloggers!)

View of my front porch last year. This year I've given away some of those pots, and backed out of caring for so many plants.

I love the photos, the clay art is lovely. Cool shot of the tunnel. Pretty shot of your plants. You have much to be thankful for, stay well and take care.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your visit, early and so dependable! As well as hostessing Saturday critters, you have home and family and your own Minie!
Delete...Barbara, may you cup of gratitude overflow!
ReplyDeleteCoffee for now, and I'm happy!
DeleteGood for you. I like your personal photos today. Your porch and plants looked great. I imagine it still does with fewer plants.
ReplyDeleteThank you, AC...I do have file folders full of fotos!
DeleteSmall things keep us going. Love seeing your plants. Growing things lift us up.
ReplyDeleteI am beginning to organize how and where I will winter over all my plants, particularly my ever expanding aloe plantation!
Modern medicine is a wonderful thing, thanks to a lot of hard work by those who find new solutions to old problems.
Yes, we are all thinking of what can come inside for the winter, to keep our air fresh and provide some green and bits of color. I've nursed an Amarillo through the summer, so need to tuck it into cold for a while soon.
DeleteYou are quite an accomplished artist!
ReplyDeleteThank you for noticing my work. I just discovered that photo of it, and have no idea when/where I sold it to!
DeleteI agree on the marvelous teams we get! I had surgery this year and was tended by many professionals, working seamlessly together, amazing, and it's why we do well when we do well. I'm glad you had that care, too. I wish everyone did.
ReplyDeleteThere are many complaints about our local hospital, but I am certainly not making any.
DeleteI'm promising myself to not get so many hanging planters next year!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are on the mend.
Thanks so Much! Oh yeah, hanging planters do call us each spring,
DeleteWhat a lovely photo in your header! It so captures the essence of our mountain streams.
ReplyDeleteThank you,! It’s really pretty to see The clear water flowing over the rock!
DeleteLove the clay art. I think it's fun to drive through tunnels. Nice picture of this one.
ReplyDeleteThank you,! The Blue Ridge Parkway has lots Of tunnels also!

Thank you for visiting and commenting. Yes it’s a little hard to stop once one starts feeling grateful!
DeleteThere is always something to be grateful for. When I was a kid every time we drove through a tunnel, I tried to hold my breath to see if I could make it all the way. I never could. :)
ReplyDeleteWe have a lot of very short tunnels So you would have been able to breathe just fine,!
DeleteI'm grateful you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteMe too,! It is such a slow process, and I need to keep putting in front of the other!
DeleteBeautiful pictures.
ReplyDeleteWonderful to hear from you! I love the clay art. You are a talented individual. I think I need to rid myself of a few plants, as well. Sometimes it is too much! Thank you for linking up.
ReplyDeleteI love the eagle piece! How large is it?
