There I was, in layers because it was still cold when we set up at 8 am on Saturdays...trying to sell all those pots. Sometime before 2019 (since I wasn't selling that summer!)
Remember 2021, and 2022? and 2023? This was at the Dripolator, where I took the mask down to drink my Americano! Not in 2021 probably.
A New York blogger posted these wood elephants the other day.
Facebook showed lots of good No King Day protests. The national news shot clips of the army demonstrations of their armaments with civilians holding howitzers (or something big). But no parade yet at the 7 o'clock news.
Sunday morning I found this:
Today's quote:
Sometimes the motivation to help others may be an extension of a deep desire to heal a wounded part of ourselves.
I'm quite sure that quotation is accurate! About helping others to heal ourselves. The wounded healer, yes. I loved the composite of NoKings pictures.
ReplyDeleteYes, many many healers who are professionals have their own stories to share.
Delete...I'm not a tea drinker, but I love the pot.
ReplyDeleteThanks Tom. I seldom drink tea either...thus have dust on my tea pots!
DeleteC19 changed so much. Some events ceased and never started up again.
ReplyDeleteThat's sadly true. We had the pandemic, then the hurricane disaster. I'm grateful for each simple Thursday!
DeleteI like the first I wish for you image! I enjoyed seeing all the No King parade photos.
ReplyDeleteTake care, have a great day!
Love that tea pot!!!
