Mesa Verde Colorado. These people lived many years here, then disappeared. What will our civilization leave behind? I used to think landfills full of old toilets. Now I think of the toxic qualities from chemicals which may leave bare earth. Not to mention lots of concrete after big buildings collapse. And sea shores covering most of Florida. The Climate Crisis is real, as Mesa Verde reminds us.

 The Theory That Men Evolved to Hunt and Women Evolved to Gather Is Wrong

The influential idea that in the past men were hunters and women were not isn’t supported by the available evidence

A very interesting article...after the authors get through disclaiming all the previous errors in research, they finally provide a reasoned presentation of the physiology of women vs men, and that women were at least as well equipped and somewhat better, to do the hunting!     1. Even the comedy animation, Flintstones, gave this impression. Many scientists have also assumed the division of labor based on physiological differences. This article gives another viewpoint.
