Rear Windows part 2

To finish my posts about a silly collection of windows of cars and trucks in front of me in traffic over several weeks in Tampa FL before I retired.

Rear Windows:

Adding to my Sepia Saturday challenge, as well as Tom's Signs2

Tampa Bay Buccaneers is the local football team

Ah ha, I could read this expiration date, 03-08. Thus this was taken between March 07, and August 2007 when I moved to North Carolina.

wish I had that bumper sticker!

That is all, folks.

    1. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I enjoy that I no longer have to drive in city traffic (much) except to doctor's appointments. But Asheville has less traffic I'm pretty sure.

  2. A PBS mind in a Fox News world! That sums it all up!

    1. I am always curious about why people used to decorate their cars with their opinions...which they have pretty much stopped doing.

    1. It really didn't take long to have a lot of photos. My job entailed driving to various places to purchase supplies for entertainment at the senior apartment building where I was activity director.

  10. This was a fun post, Barbara, I always enjoy taking photos of vanity plates and you have captured some as well. Bumper stickers are another interesting source of photos.

  12. It's always fun & interesting to see how other folks' license plates read, or what they put on their cars in the way of slogans & whatnot. That PBS in a FOX world sticker is great, but sadly, too true.

  13. I imagine your clever montage is what a state trooper sees every day. My newest car has multiple tiny cameras hidden around the vehicle which it uses to identify potential obstacles while parking or collisions while changing lanes. It's unsettling to think that with security cameras on buildings and traffic lights we are increasingly photographed everywhere we go. Must remember to smile for the camera more often.

  14. You have amassed quite a selection -- perhaps you could be a scout for the Captcha computer security people. Amazing the stickers and slogans folks post on their cars. They are indeed a home away from home.
