Good news and not so good news

Passenger trains may again run from Asheville to Statesville again!

The not so good news is my health just landed me in the hospital again!

The first of about 6 attempts to give antibiotics to my pneumonia-attacked body. The 7th was done by a Vein Team member with quick precision by a young man from Mongolia! I was so intrigued by the ultrasound and his methods which work so excellent that I didn’t find out he got to Asheville NC!

I got aa kick out of the little kiss part of this cannula for oxygen!

With different symptoms that pushed me to call for an ambulance and then a CT scan - as I left my procedure a young man was wheeled in wearing very little clothes and with lots of injuries. It was sobering to see a real person who had been in an accident, and to know the same staff would give him equal treatment to that which I’d just received.

I had mostly good treatment. And as of this wring Im still sick and wanting to be back on my feet!

Two days ago I shot this azaleas.

That is all folks.

  10. I'm so sorry you are under the weather. It is scary when you feel the need to call an ambulance. I'm glad that they got to your veins. I know the last time I was in an ambulance they couldn't get an IV in. When I got to the hospital, the nurse asked if they tried to use a machete! I hope you aren't that sore and I hope those antibiotics do the triick!

I truly hope that the antibiotics kick ass and take names when it comes to the pneumonia. DAMN pneumonia! Indeed I say, F**K pneumonia!
    Rest.
