"WHEN I WAS 69" by B. Rogers. Who knew all this would happen afterwards! Lake Tomahawk had some ice around the edges after 40-50 hours below freezing.

Yesterday's birthday

 Maybe the balloons somehow represent 20 years...but the sign at least says it. Dripolator Coffee Shop in Black Mountain was 20 years old yesterday.


From where I was standing (outside the History Museum) looking the other way, there's the entrance to the Black Mountain Center for the Arts.

I had to join the celebration and drink a decaf Americano! It was SO good!
