The joy of waking to this view each morning is just so wonderful. Even if the camera sees all the distortions from the window screen, I easily ignore them. Many of these green trees stand near or by the Animas River which flows through the town.

The Spirit House
Last year I planted some vining Wandering Jew in it. This year I haven't decided if I want to or not, so the little house sits on the balcony welcoming good spirits.
I can see it through the rainy window of my bedroom.
