A quick note with full face from Tanbark Ridge yesterday, March 29. I took my next door neighbor up to our back yard, as she’d never been on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Her phone has an app which takes panoramas still while mine has quit.

Love the cat portrait. lazing in the sunshine. If I have to come back to life as something else, I'll hope to be a cat!
ReplyDeleteOh me too...definite wishes to reincarnate as a well cared for cat!

ReplyDeleteIt certainly show how fiber can be sculpted
DeleteWhat a wonderful selection of images, thank you! I love them all. And oh, Mary Oliver, she always has a line to resonate so much with me! This time it's "I have become older and, cherishing what I have learned, I have become younger."
ReplyDeleteYes – cherishing what I have learned!
DeleteThat dandelion-lidded jar is a mind blower.
ReplyDeleteIndeed – it shows so many sculptural opportunities with Clay!
DeleteLooks like the mountains behind you are getting that hue of spring.
ReplyDeleteThere are a few fields with green growing things in the valley below. It is quite a ways below where I was standing. But I was grateful to see the 2 dogwoods on the way back down the Parkway.
