Your pottery is so pretty though I have to admit my favorite is the fascinating one second from last. I do really like the blue one as well. And thanks for the Carl Sagan quote. So true and reassuring, I hope?
Thanks so much, and I wonder if the apex animals are really cats! Well, perhaps dolphins. I am going to go purchase some fresh posies today to put in a vase…oops, most of them are stored away! Well, I can do something about that!
This was a lovely medley for Spring. I think that flowers, like music, are a universal language that is understood and appreciated everywhere around the world, even by people in the arctic or desert regions. My favorite flowers are the accidental ones that pop up in unlikely places like abandoned lots or sidewalk cracks.
Congratulations on being eagle eyed and spotting that vase in the prompt photograph. You have given us a wonderful, colourful and uplifting display of spring.
...Barbara, be a beautiful museum!
ReplyDeleteI think I made more vases in my 12 years a potter than anything else!

ReplyDeleteWell, beside the fact that museums are full of “old” stuff, I kind of like Tom’s idea.
DeleteOr the sparkling granny, actually!
DeleteI love vases so much. They call to me for whatever reason. Yours are fantastic.
ReplyDeleteThey offer art even when empty!
