Thanks Marcia...more energy today, and cough is much better. I wish it would just go away forever...but that's just wishful thinking (though if it should have a cure, I'd sign up!) Oh take a photo of your pussy willow when it blossoms! That sound great.
I keep trying to tell the camera (on phone) which close thing to focus on. It prefers the background however. Maybe I wiggled the phone on that last shot.
Barbara, It looks like spring where you live is a little ahead of where we live in East Tennessee. Spring always makes me hopeful! Stay Safe and Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
Thanks...you made me wonder...I don't remember any scent from these blossoms. Now I do have somewhat impaired sense of smell. But I need to do more deep inhaling. Since at least I've had all my shots, it's probably not due to Covid!
My daughter gave me a sprig of pussy willow to force. I have it on the window sill. You feeling better?

DeleteThe blossoms do look wonderful. Sometimes I have to go semi manual and tell the camera where to focus. Well, it's not so much sometimes as always.

Delete...beautiful, our spring is on hold for a few days.
ReplyDeleteI believe you...storm systems keep on crossing the country. Maybe by the middle of April we'll feel safe from snow.
DeleteAlways love seeing spring blossoms.
ReplyDeleteMe too. I hope to get out more this spring and capture more/different scenes.
DeleteThey're lovely. We're a couple of degrees above freezing today.
ReplyDeleteCaptured in Asheville, which is a couple hundred feet lower that Black Mountain where I live. But these might be blooming by now.

ReplyDeleteAsheville, where this tree is located, is a bit lower in elevation, and usually warmer than my home in Black Mountain.
DeleteHello Barbara,
ReplyDeleteHappy St Patrick's Day to you! The blossoms look beautiful. It is chilly and cloudy here. Take care, enjoy your day!
Thanks Eileen...I am hoping the rain lets up some today (Thurs) when I'm finally answering these comments.
DeleteHappy St Patrick's Day to you! The aroma of the blossoms must be nice.
