Flowers for you

 Sharing with Floral Friday Fotos

Carol Long makes such swoopy decorations in her flowery pottery

You know how I love poppies...

Thanks to a blogger, who I forgot to note when I saved this photo.

Rainy day at doctors office, but magnolias bloom on!

While at the Pisgah Inn last week, I spied buttercups among the clover!

Mountain Laurel might have been a bit past its prime.

And so were the Rhododendrons!

Coming back into Black Mountain the day lilies are beginning their sweet single-day lives.

And just a note to hope my blog friends have joy in your lives!

    1. Taking shots of flowers past their prime might be an interesting meme that I'll follow, someday. After all, I know what that feels and looks like, whenever I glance in a mirror!

    1. I do hope you feel more joy in your life these days...and all of us! It's certainly a time for being challenged to deal with all the other stuff!

  6. My magnolia is blooming like crazy since the pecan tree that was shading it was heavily damaged by a hurricane two years ago and it gets a lot more sun now.

    1. I haven't lived near magnolias, so don't know the joy that they offer.

    1. I haven't been able to enjoy the scent of magnolias...something I look forward to, the next time I run into some...these that I took photos of in the rain had no scent that I could discern.

  8. Yes, joy. We are releasing some squirrels today. I am happy for them.
This is the best season, with flowers everywhere.
