    1. And at 6 o’clock, the big gathering in Ashville began. You could tell there are Republicans in charge of different things in that the main square had already been rented or whatever they do to someone else all day. So that’s why it’s starting so late.

    1. I’m glad you enjoyed it. I spent about an hour on Facebook gathering all the pictures. The news had a little bit about it. I watched NBC. That was because all the other networks were showing football or something.

  7. I’m grateful to the people who wear costumes because it helps get the pictures in the news. When I drove past the blocks of demonstrators here, the large number of participants brought tears to my eyes. I live in an area that usually votes Republican, partly because it is rural but also because the rate of high school graduation is shamefully low.
