Today's quote:
This was great when addressing votes for the election, but has been even harder to follow after the results.
Love the Autumn art work! The prayer is perfect for these times, we can never give up. Take care, have a great day and a happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteSome that just popped up today. My art folder is stuffed with pictures!
Delete...the Norman Rockwell is iconis, but have things really changed?
ReplyDeleteSince I rely upon my saved Social Security, yes, I am very wary of changes that could happen the way promised by the orange one (who thankfully has changed to a tanner look).
DeleteSane and sage advice, Barbara.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
DeleteGood advice
ReplyDeleteSome days I even listen to it!
DeleteIt is good that art does that for you.
ReplyDeletePerhaps by having concentrated on art for most of my life...
DeleteGood advice - and we need to fill our lives with beauty, art, nature.
ReplyDeleteI agree completely. Now to get the nature part!
DeleteThanks for the shared words today.

ReplyDeleteA stress reducer!
DeleteHi Barbara, We love art as well to include oil paintings, water colors, sculpture, ceramics, basketry, drawings, fabric art, lithographs and more. The walls of our home are loaded with artistic endeavors. They do let one's imagination explore the possibilities. As for our current situation, we will prevail despite the negativity and new issues surrounding our change in government. It's 'only' four years and in most cases, political parties who capture the Presidency and both houses of Congress lose at least one branch of governmental control in the next legislative election...which is only 2 years away. Love Norman Rockwell's works...as they usually reflect the best of us...and if his works show the worst of us, they are designed as a message. As for the sweet corn bread, it does label me as a transplanted Yankee. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
